WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This page gives you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on our products on our Website. These Terms applies to all agreements between you, the customer and us, the seller. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our Website.
By ordering any of our Products, you must be 18 years old or older and you agree to these Terms. We sell to final customers only.
By using our Website, you accept these Terms and conditions and follow them. Before your purchase, please check our terms and conditions of our products. We update these Terms occasionally.

We are AMURAI AB, a company registered in Sweden under the organization number SE559080-7755. We operate the Website www.amuraiproject.com.
OUR PRODUCTS
A. The Products images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and the Products description is approximate only. We try to be as accurate as possible in the Products description and in the display of colors. Although we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on our Website accurately reflect the actual color of the Products.
B. The Products packaging may also differ from what is shown in the images on our Website.
C. If you have purchased a product that is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and we will not process your order.
D. Our Products comply with Swedish legislation.
PLACE AN ORDER
A. If you place an order that contains an error, please contact us on info@amuraiproject.comas soon as possible and we will try to correct it before it is processed, but we cannot guarantee this.
B. The online sales agreement is concluded between us when you confirm your order. By placing an Order, you accept these Terms and that AMURAI is authorized to collect the full payment.
C. After you place an Order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the order, followed by a confirmation e-mail of the delivery information.
D. If we are unable to supply you with the Products for any reason, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your Order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible (no later than 14 days after our e-mail notification to you).
E. AMURAI reserves the right to cancel the processing of an Order and/or delivery of Products in case of;
F. Non-payment of any of the amount owed by you for the Order or any previous Order,
G. A payment incident, fraud or attempted fraud relating to the use of AMURAI Website in relation to the Order or any other previous Order.
H. You agree that AMURAI can use your personal data in the process of the Order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A. AMURAI delivers to the following countries/regions:
Europe, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Australia,
New Zealand
B. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your Order. We normally send all products using a reliable courier. Please allow 3 to 14 calendar days (depending on the country of delivery) for delivery once you have received the Order Confirmation. Please note that for Orders delivered outside of Sweden, AMURAI will not be liable for an extension of the delivery deadline due to customs inspections which can vary according to the destination and legislation of the country of destination of the Product.
C. Please refer to your delivery confirmation email from our courier for exact details and parcel tracking reference.
D. You are invited to check the visible state of the package and Product at the time of delivery. If there are any irregularities (missing or damaged Product), you should follow the procedure below applicable to the refusal of delivery;
If the package is damaged on arrival, you can inform the courier of the problem and refuse to take delivery. The courier will keep the package. You will then be contacted by AMURAI as soon as possible to discuss the refusal. If the problem related to transport is confirmed by AMURAI, the Order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund.
PRODUCT PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
A. The Products prices are displayed on our Website. Please see clause E below for information about price errors on our Website.
B. The Products prices may change from time to time. Any changes to the price of Products on our Website will not affect any Order that we have confirmed to you with an Order Confirmation.
C. The Products might be subject to local customs charges and to local Value Added Tax depending on your home country. Taxes are automatically calculated and included in the total price of your Order.
D. Orders placed outside of Sweden are “Delivery Duty Paid”, which means that all applicable taxes will therefore be paid by you when placing the Order. AMURAI’s courier shall on your behalf fill in the necessary formalities for the payment of customs charges (if any) and VAT (if any).
E. Our Website contains many Products and therefore it is always possible that some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price. In such case, we will contact you to inform you of this error and you will be given the option to either continue the purchase of the Products to the correct prices or cancel your Order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the Order as cancelled and notify you by e-mail.
PAYMENT
A. Prices on our Website are displayed in EUR or SEK, depending on the language selected.
B. You can pay for Products using a debit card or credit card, by wire transfer (if you pay by wire transfer, you will receive an email with all details for the transfer), PayPal or Klarna. You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make. Payment for the Products is in advance for all options except for payment with Klarna, where you are given the option to pay after receiving the products.
RETURN AND REFUND
A. We want you to be completely happy with your Order. If you for any reason are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receipt of the Product. To return a Product, please follow our return process described in section G below.
B. All Products must be returned with the original receipt, in an unused state and in brand-new condition, with all original shipping and Product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place.
C. We will not accept any return if the Product shows signs of wear, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the deadline mentioned above in section A has passed.
D. Products that are personalized are considered as final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
E. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at your request must have been done so by us or a AMURAI Authorized Retailer and should be returned with all the links originally shipped.
F. Return shall be made from the country where the Product has been delivered.
G. To return a Product (other than from Sweden), please follow our return process below:
– You should contact AMURAI by sending an email to info@amuraiproject.com, within 14 days of receipt of the Product.
– Our team will ask you a few questions to make a preliminary evaluation of the situation considering the conditions of the return described above,
– If the conditions for the return are met, our team shall contact our courier and you shall either be contacted by our courier or by our team for organization of the shipment,
– You shall remit the Product to our courier,
– You shall receive an email confirming receipt by AMURAI of the returned Product,
– AMURAI shall control the state of the Product and if the conditions for the return are met, you shall be refunded the full price.
H. To return a Product from Sweden please follow our return process below:
– You should contact AMURAI by sending an email to info@amuraiproject.com, within 14 days of receipt of the Product.
– Our team will ask you a few questions to make a preliminary evaluation of the situation considering the conditions of the return described above,
– If the conditions for the return are met, our team shall provide you with all necessary documents for the return with Postnord.
– You shall remit the Product to Postnord with the documents provided by us,
– You shall receive an email confirming receipt by AMURAI of the returned Product,
– AMURAI shall control the state of the Product and if the conditions for the return are met, you shall be refunded the full price.
I. We will refund you the price paid for the Product. You shall pay for the cost of returning the Product. When we receive the Product back, we will proceed with the refund.
GUARANTEE POLICY
A. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defect of the Product applicable under Swedish Law. As a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affect your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
B. In addition to these legal guarantees, the Product you purchased is also covered by a one-year AMURAI guarantee.
C. If AMURAI fails to comply with these Terms, we will be responsible to you for the loss or damage you suffer that is an immediate result of our violation of these Terms.
D. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no responsibility to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
A. We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under an Agreement that is caused by an action or event beyond our reasonable control.
B. If an event outside of our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under an Agreement:
(1) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(2) our obligations under an Agreement will be postponed and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside of our control. If the delivery of Products to you is affected by the event outside of our control, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event outside of our control is over.
HOW WE COMMUNICATE
A. In these Terms, when we refer to “in writing”, we mean by e-mail.

C. If we need to contact you or give you notice in writing, we will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the address you provided to us in your Order.
UPDATE OF THE TERMS
A. We update our Terms occasionally. You should read these Terms carefully at the time of your Order of any Product from our Website.
B. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms at the time of the Order will apply to the Agreement between us.
C. If we update these Terms and you have already placed an Order with us, the updated Terms will not apply to the Order that you have placed.
ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE
A. Our Website is made available free of charge.
B. We do not guarantee that our Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of our Website without notice. We will not be responsible to you if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
C. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website.
D. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

A. We update our Website occasionally and may change the content at any time. However, content on our Website may be out of date and we are under no obligation to update it.

SWEDISH LAW APPLICABLE
